REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
At Creative Adventures, all products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
• Custom DTF transfers
• Gang sheets
• Uploaded artwork prints
• Personalized or made-to-order products
All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for review, please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement if the error was on our end.
Customer Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Uploading high-resolution artwork
• Verifying sizing and placement
• Checking spelling and design details
• Reviewing their order before final submission
We are not responsible for print issues caused by low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, or customer-submitted errors.
Extreme Circumstances
In rare and extreme circumstances, we may review refund or replacement requests at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case.
